Hello All! I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to spring and is enjoying the (hopefully) warmer weather. Personally, spring aligns itself with a “rebirth” and I love to implement new, positive changes to my life around this time of year. This blog post focuses on some healthy habits which can help improve your overall headspace for the day:

Goodmorning! Let’s Do this

I know you have heard this before, but making your bed is a super easy way to start your day on a good note. Just try it out, you’ll feel more put together I promise.

Move Your Body

Whether it is a quick walk to get some fresh air or a workout at the gym, moving your body will help you have a better mindset and will hopefully make falling asleep easier. You can also download the MindBody app to see fitness classes in your area.

Just Try It…

This is controversial, but I really encourage you to pick up a book. If you crave a better bedtime routine, reading for 15 minutes or so is an easy way to relax and help grow your brain. Check out this blog post for some good reads. You can also listen to audiobooks or even a podcast! Some of my favorite podcasts are Working Title with Margot Lee, The Skinny Confidential and Lessons and Letters!

splurge on the weekends

Whether you tend to over indulge in chocolate or spend more money than you would like to admit, this tip is for you. If you limit yourself to consuming these things only on the weekends, positive changes will occur with how you feel about yourself.

Keep it Clean

Even if you are exhausted, I encourage you to pick up your sleep space a little bit before you go to sleep. In a quick five minutes you can put those clothes away, clean off your counter, and overall improve your experience in the morning.

Thank you for reading this weeks blog post! I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

Stay Smiling,

Ainsley Mo
